Eligibility Management during the Covid-19 crisis.

Only the employer knows what is best for it's employees.  We are here to support the group.

For groups needing to lay off employees but wish to continue the benefits, we will waive the minimum 20 hours per week work requirement for the duration of this crisis.

For groups that need to terminate the benefits of employees that are laid off, they can. 
When they are able to re-open, use the forms below to add the employee back on the benefit plans.

Dental Groups under 10 - When re-adding an employee we will look to see if they were on the group as of March 1st. 
If the member had met the dental waiting period, we will waive it to make sure they do not have to go through a new waiting period.

Our minimum group size is two employees. 
We will not be enforcing the minimum number of active employees for the duration of this crisis. 
So if your group drops down to one active employee, that is ok.  We will issue a 60 day notice to you and your agent when this changes.
